  I recommand you Joomla and Virtuemart extention for shopping card: sample here: http://demo.virtuemart.net/ and for products comparison can use something like: http://virtuext.com/joomla25/virtuemart.

     The tool is nice but I need a search box or a list. Then, for the same product, the site will show different suppliers

     Virtuemart has some modules for search products like .. Genius VM ajax search .....sample here: http://www.traelastogbyggemarked.dk/
     Other solution is Virtuemart Search Autocomplete plugin sample here: https://www.daycounts.com/
