Contest Brief

I need an external login page build for a mikrotik wifi hotspot, the source code is attached, that just needs to be skinned and made to look better.

It needs to have our logo at the top, a login field (with login button - see source code attached). It also needs the trial button to be moved, as well as a "buy now" button and a button for "more info".

The page needs to be extremely simple, attached is the login.php page with source code, and an example of something we've had as a login page in the past, we like how the button looks in that file.

It needs to be responsive for phones, tablets and computers. Our company is Quick Connect Wireless, and all our logos etc can be found in the folder thats attached along with source code.
