Contest Brief

I need my company website built, it needs to be able to connect to the local MLS (multiple listing services) so that buyers and sellers can search homes directly on my website. I have a domain and it is hosted with Wordpress. I also have a logo and a basic layout of what I would like in the site as far as pages. Integration with Google analytics and Maps, SEO, and handicap accessible.

Colors (Emerald Green, White and Gold) are in the logo, company is in the Florida Keys, I prefer simple, clean designs that are easy to navigate. Our office is designed in a coastal Scandinavian style and I'd prefer everything to flow with that. If any people will be featured in any photos used, please make sure to represent as many diverse people as possible or use no photos of people at all.

All Social media should be able to be linked with buttons

Would like to have SSL for the site
