Contest Brief

The freelancer is to set up a website for a plumber using vb.net 2010 and 5.6.12 - MySQL Community Server. I want to avoid javascript. To ensure the contractor has read this spec and is not sending an automated application, the applicant should state "Plumber website" in the first line of the application.
The site should be able to accept enquiries via web forms and have a page for testimonials plus contact information and any other features the freelancer can suggest within the bid price.
The main logos and images can be dummy ones to be replaced by me but sending a screen grab of a suggested layout would be favoured when viewing bids as well as best price.
The project is completed when the original source files are running on the client's pc and also running as a website which will involve the coder accessing the pc via teamviewer.
Communication is via Freelancer, skype and email only.
Copyright transfers to the client (buyer) and no advertising is allowed.
Do not submit bids above the budget - they will not be successful.
