Contest Brief

I need a nice looking 1-2 page website made for my company. You can view my current website at www.mowdayton.com.

Once I have the template I can build the rest of my pages, but I needs something that is sleek and streamlined. I want something that looks nice and is simple, but doesn't look like a 10 year old made it.

Here is an example of a site I think looks nice:

I like the top part with the logo, the bottom part could use some work.

None the less, let's see who has the best idea and I will pay.

This is contest and people are submitting themes which are not even designed by them, but a free templates designed by others. Treat it as a contest be fair submit something new created by yourself.
