I need a clean design for a website for a training school, looking similar to :http://www.coupa.com/, but please not exactly as the example, I need for a start just the design of the 3 front pages, the person who wins the contest can then get a contract to design all other pages. I have attached the logo of the school.

The front page should have this information:

put it in a nice clean way like in the example, if all the text cannot fit, put only some and then find a way to tell the user to read more.

Please dont use words from the example page on the design instead use the words from the word document.
