This is an assignment, which deals with TNM staging of Breast cancer. Would like to have a php form created, where any one could just type the values of T,N and M. By clicking the submit button, the form should show the stage of the disease. (eg, T1N1M0 = stage IIA disease; T3N1M1 - stage IV disease and so on). TNM stage could be found at http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/pdq/treatment/breast/healthprofessional/page3

Hello, what we can do is to convert all to an mysql database and the make a search form with options or simple search like google search and return the articles/data.
