  @midget ; Qr codes are available wide variety of colors and its even possible to integrate your logo in a working Qr code with a good try. The only requirement is there should be contrast between colors to actually work, Orange?navy blue is high contrast ( but efficiency will be less); Check out http://www.linkedin.com/groups/Do-QR-codes-only-work-1814763.S.51397231

  You are right, but QR code should be dark and background should be light colored. QR code will work in #202, but it will not work in #192. If you don't believe me then just get a print and test both.

  You can convert a PSD into AI/EPS easily. Save as PDF in photoshop, open PDF in Illustrator, save as AI?EPS etc
