Can you please seal the contest. This means alll people wanting to submit work can only see their own works. I ask this because while its open like this it is all too easy for other freelancers to copy your design ideas. Thankyou.

You didn't mention your company website, or any of the addresses, etc... through a little detective work I assume you are www.bazaarboston.com, yes?
Without the image of the logo, recreating it exactly is difficult. You really should try to get the image from whoever created it (for future requirements if not now). We might be able to find out what font it's written in, in which case it will be much easier.

  Do you have any pictures of your produce you might like to use. I placed a stock image in purely as a placeholder, to see what it might look like. This image is not mine so by the rules here it's not a permanent part of the cart.

Don't seal the contest save your money the reason these people ask for the contest to be seal is they rip off images directly from the web, other artist here turn them in as it is bad for business and contest holders pay for designs they cant use.
