Contest Brief

I need a number of buttons designed for a sports app on Android and iPhone. The application will be used by athletes to training training data as well as other everyday data collection (wellness).

The app has the following modules or core features
Buttons will be required for the following
Wellness - pertains to the athletes overall well being and general feeling
'Training - Is made up on the buttons in the first list
Testing - are the testing that athlete undertakes
Charts - chart the various training and testing data
Movies - record movies of the athlete performing training
Calendar - a calendar of activity

The following buttons will be part of a carousel (swipe to expose full list). The buttons need to depict the action, and are beneath the Training Module. When these buttons are selected they will need to show the selection (ie highlight)
Running, Swimming, Cycling, Boxing, Gym, Training for sport, Match or Game, Cross Training (or X-Training), Spin Bike, Yoga, Pilates, Walking, Rowing, Grinder (seated bike using arms), Custom (not defined)

The following buttons will be part of a carousel. The buttons need to depict the action, and are beneath the Wellness Module. When these buttons are selected they will need to show the selection (ie highlight)
Massage, Ice Bath, Hot & Cold Shower, Stretching, Pool Mobility (light exercise in pool), Physio (or specialist appointment ie Osteo) Light Bike, Light Walk, Sleep, Heart Rate

The following buttons will be part of a carousel. The buttons need to depict the action, and are beneath the Testing Module. When these buttons are selected they will need to show the selection (ie highlight)
Sit and Reach (touching toes), Ankle Dorsi Flexion (for Achilles flexibility), Skin Folds (measure of athletes fat to muscle ratio) Weight, Hydration, Time Trail (with sub buttons for Running & Agility) Power (cadence and velocity), Power Jump Profile (height, power, force), Custom (not defined), Bloods (the athletes blood samples) USG (Urine Specific Gravity)

The buttons should reflect a sporting/athlete lifestyle, the winning bidder will have first chance to design the application logo. The name of the app or color scheme has not been finalised.

  Thanks for the note, i think we are looking at green and white as the color scheme for the app, but we are not wetted to a particular color for the buttons. In terms of size less than 1 cm. Will need to be optimised for different screen sizes for example S3/S4 and iphone. I think the about the size of application buttons would suffice, remember most buttons will be on a carousel. Look forward to your design. If you provide an email I can forward a wireframe to provide more clarity.
