Contest Brief

I am looking for another new animation to use in my software. The software is a random selection program used by various groups to select raffle prize winners among other things. The random selection is animated for the audience by a sequence of 21 images. The software is called Club Raffle and is available to download from [url removed, login to view] or many other download sites including cnet;

The software has a number of animated themes already however I am not a graphic artist and that is evident in the current animations. I would like to improve this aspect of the software and hence this contest.

The animation I would like is a Baseball theme. The animation is to be comprised of 21 images that when displayed in sequence would have a baseball heading towards a batter .. who hits the ball and the ball returns to the viewers perspective.

To get the best appreciation for what I am looking for I strongly recommend loading the software and looking at the existing animations. I am looking for the same kind of thing only better and a baseball theme.

The background is to be empty, as the background will be removed from the images so that the user can place an image of their own into the background.

The image needs to include the ball, batter, catcher, umpire ... any extra items that will enhance the image.

This is a short animation sequence, there does not need to be much movement, the sequence is to be smooth but enough to get the job done.

I do not want sound .. only graphics.

Images are to submitted as 300dpi EPS, jpeg or png files, at 1760 x 1760 pixels.

It shows below to submit files in AI or EPS please note I can't find were to remove this and I request files to be provided as stated, any entries in AI (illustrator) format will be ignored.

All work must be original and all rights to these images (of the winner) and their use will pass to me.

Thank you for taking the time to review this assignment. I look forward to seeing the results.
