Catchy style/theme guide/logo for new consulting business (website, presentations, business cards etc)

Contest Brief

New management consulting business startup specialising in not-for-profit sector and 'social impact'.
I am after a consistent theme (including a banner, pic and colour scheme) that I can use on bios, marketing material, website landing page, business cards and invoices etc that is:
1. catchy/unique
2. non-threatening (clients include disability, family violence, unemployment, homelessness, mental health sectors)
2. promotes a strong sense of EMPOWERMENT and COLLABORATION (ie. we help executives/managers help others across multiple sector, particularly those suffering severe disadvantage)
3. includes a key visual/graphic/banner for a logo that can be used across all media and marketing collateral.

I have included a sample of strategic collaboration/helping pic (ie. chess pieces) for thoughts only but am in no way wedded to these designs. I need something that cuts through the noise of others and looks genuine and authentic

    Consider the following when creating a visual logo: 'Social Impact Management' is all about helping organisations deliver high quality community services that make a difference (ie. have a social impact). We can help an individual organisation GROW, but we also help organisations CONNECT with each other. Am receiving some great creative ideas with graphs and arrows (focusing on GROW).
