Contest Brief

I have some project that is kinda similar with chillhop music 
For my project it is named "Rainy Cat Music" or "AmeNeko"
Here's some req

First the character for my project
My vision is almost like lilypichu ‘comfi beats’ character but it's catgirl
The style that i prefer is anime like
She is calm, kind, and loving character but she always prefer to be out of the crowd
This girl is like wearing a white hoodie and wearing an earbuds or maybe headphone
Her hair is white and long till her back but have like black strand around his right bang
Her eyes define her calm character the color for both eyes is blue

theres one other character
its a lost spirit of the rain in form of a cat
this spirit cat has 2 forms
normal form and spirit form
it fur is white, her right ear is black and streak to his upper right eyes
her tail is black
its eyes design to be closed like that except if shes feeling disturbed, annoyed, angry her eyes will open up with light blue color
it has 2 pair of whiskers

I need medium shot illustration of it still my inspiration was from comfibeats channel more like its banner i attach the link

i got some references that i make from sketch and 3d software
I want the girl to be on the right side
the pose can be like from references or maybe you can improve it but please dont be too far from it
the face expression i want it to be exactly like from my references, she smiles calmly while looking to the right side theres the cat on her right in spirit form
you can make the cat floating on her right like the sketch i made or maybe on her shoulder
for the cat design please dont go too far from references maybe just redraw or improve it
for the background i dont have a concrete vision for this but you can see from comfibeats banner theres some flower thingy maybe change and make it somekind of 'rainy' vibes or maybe if you have some better idea we re open for it

i will use it in 16:9 and 18:9 aspect ratio so please give some headroom in case
the resolution i need ideally is 2560x1440

I think thats all i can say for the detail for now If theres anything else needed for this please tell me
