Children's award certificate design - Need 3 frame designs

Contest Brief

SUMMARY

For the site KidsCerts.com, I need 3 new certificates designed:

1) academic honor roll certificate
2) boy scouts certificate
3) girl scouts certificate

These are award certificates for children. Please see the attached ZIP for examples of the style and format that I like. I DO NOT like the designs currently on KidsCerts.com, so don't look at them for inspiration.

I will need 100 certificates total after this contest, so I'm using this contest as a tryout for that larger job.

SPECS

- Size: They should all be 792*612px.
- Format: PNG (Final deliverable to include PSD source files)
- Only design the frame, and include words in the middle (like the attached ZIP) saying "Honor Roll", "Boy Scouts" or "Girl Scouts".
- The logo must always be included - it's attached - and be outside the frame. You can change the logo color to whatever looks best as long as it's monochromatic.

There's no logo in the zip file. And its just the frames without any works in the middle.
