Contest Brief

I am wanting to create a challenge coin design to submit to a custom coin manufacturer ( like [login to view URL] ). The theme of the coin will be "Choose Yourself" from the book Choose Yourself by James Altucher ( http://www.amazon.com/Choose-Yourself-James-Altucher-ebook/dp/B00CO8D3G4/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1430150691&sr=1-1&keywords=choose+yourself ). Feel free to borrow from the design of the book or to make a design of your own.
MUST HAVES:
1. Something about Choose Yourself or CYS
2. Circular designs only
3. Nothing so complex that it one couldn't make a coin die from it
4. The following latin phrase: Libertas venit ab intrinseco
5. The original psd or illustrator file (if you win)
