I need the development layout cleaned up, to finish the conversion to [login to view URL] that was already started but not finished.

The new layout should display properly in resolutions of 720px (mobile) to 1920px (widescreen desktop). I would like to make more use of "Two columns with two nested columns" from Bootstrap Grid Template [login to view URL] ... items float or stack automatically instead of stretching or scrolling. That means dividing the screen into 3 zones so that the zone in the bottom is allowed to float to the right when the screen gets wider.

All site colors should stay the same, I just want the layout (element sizing and positioning, liquid/fluid/responsive behavior) improved, and changed to regular Bootstrap without lots of custom css.

You may post skeletons during the public phase of the contest. If you decide to post mock-ups instead of skeletons, please up load 3 versions, at 720, 1280, and 1920 pixels wide. When we go private (winner selection), you must then take my PHP and modify the PHP and CSS until it is fully tested and working within 7 days.

During public phase you could concentrate on 3 pages - home page, search results, and item detail. In private phase I need all pages implemented.

  This is a competition. If you do 3 pages but the other guy does 4 pages, you could still win if your work has higher quality.
