WE NEED A DETAILED BUILDING LAYOUT ( AUTOCAD .DWG FORMAT) FOR A C SHAPED COMMERICAL COMPLEX. THE DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. IT SHOULD BE A C -SHAPED COMMERCIAL COMPLEX. 2. IT SHOULD HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 FLOORS (G+1) 3. GROUND FLOOR WILL ONLY CONSIST OF RETAIL SHOPS (APPROX. AREA 250 - 300 SQFT). 4. FIRST FLOOR WILL CONTAIN SHOPS AND IT SHOULD ALSO HAVE PROVISION FOR 2 HALLS OF SIZE 2500 SQFT WHICH MAY BE GIVEN TO ACCOMODATE ANY BANK, INSURANCE COMPANY ETC. 5. BUILDING SHOULD CONSIST OF 2 ELEVATORS AND 2 STAIRS ONE OF WHICH SHOULD BE USED AS A FIRE EXIT. 6. AS PER THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING GUIDELINES THE FRONT SETBACK SHOULD BE 6 METERS, THE SETBACK AT THE BACK AND ON BOTH SIDES MUST BE 3 METERS EACH. 7. THE PERMISSIBLE GROUND COVERAGE IS 40%, AND THE MAXIMUM FAR/FSI IS 2. 8. LADIES AND GENTS TOILETS TO BE PROVIDED IN THE FIRST FLOOR ONLY. 9. MEZANNINE FLOOR TO BE PROVIDED IN ALL GROUND FLOOR SHOPS. 10. UNDERGROUND PARKING TO BE PROVIDED WITH SEPEARATE ENTRY AND EXIT. CH, you should know going in, most of the entries here will be AI generated, realistically about 99% AI.
