I am in need of a logo design for my company RE·Solv a real estate solutions company. I have some specific colors and design elements in mind that I would like to incorporate into the logo. The logo should be mostly text-based but could have some image-based elements to express the Real Estate side of things. I am leaning more towards text-based but would like to see some text-based but with minimal images involved to get more ideas.

Spelling Style: RE·Solv -- the logo stands for Real Estate Solved meaning solving real estate issues. I would like some sort of mark that separates RE and Solv.

Colors: main color #314c5b and silver or grey accents
Not opposed to some other colorways to see

The company belongs to the Real Estate Industry. We are a real estate solutions company. We buy houses off-market of all shapes and sizes fast for cash. Our main goal is to be a solution for people who don't want to list with a realtor or cannot list on the market because of repairs or a life situation that has them in a tough spot and need to sell fast. We want our logo to promote a trusting home-buying company, but also professional looking. We will be using this logo on apparel, marking, websites, and anything else that comes around.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Graphic design expertise
- Photoshop or Illustrator
- Experience in creating logos
- Ability to incorporate specific colors and design elements
- Understanding of the Real Estate industry and the ability to create a logo that represents it effectively.
