Contest Brief

I am opening a brand new concept store and needing help to write a business plan and create a name for the business.

the concept is for a hairdressing salon but the twist is that the business only offers blow dry, manicures and makeup application the second twist is that a cafe will also be a part of this business so the idea is they can have coffee and small sweets whilst being pampered. staff would need minmial experience and startup costs would be minimal as well. It will be a very modern and sleek looking store with Crystal chandeliers etc.

The plan would need to show financials and marketing ideas etc, needs to be a detailed plan.

There would be opportunity to write other plans and and ongoing marketing support so plenty of opportunity for extra income and the opportunity to be our sole marketing source.

This is my executive statement (needs to be broken up into two posts due to the number of characters
The average businesswomen in California is always on the go, never has time to stop and enjoy life. Today women of all ages realize that either there nails need to be done and or hair needs to be blown out. Initially they look forward to that day; ultimately it gives them their own personal space in which either the nail technician or hair stylist treats them like royalty, which on average could last up to almost two hours. Although when that day arrives for their periodic trip to a little place called wonderland inevitability something interferes which inhibits their full ability to really that trip to the salon.

A few clarifications needed:

1. Location
2. Any facts and figures about Operational Expenditure, Decor, initial investment, etc
3. Market Survey and prices of competition - the salon prices as well as the cafe prices
4. Expected pricing (if u've thought about it)
5. Menu that u r keeping

Are you needing this to use for borrowing money for the business? There are several levels of a business plan to cover and I need to know more about your need and how you will use the plan.
