Contest Brief

I need a researcher with some basic Xcel skills to locate properties for sale online in the region around Bega, NSW. I have already started the spreadsheet, so the task effectively involves following my layout and searching through sites such as Domain.com.au, Realestate.com.au and local agents sites such as Elders Real Estate Bega.

As you can see from the attached sheet, I want to obtain an understanding of what is for sale in the area, what the sales costs are, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. For the "rental" column, please leave it blank unless the ad for the property provides an indicative rent.
I have broken the sheet into "residential" and "rural". There is another section for pubs/motels. this is for any motels/pubs/caravan parks that may be for sale in the area. I am interested in properties with a 50km (approx.) from the bega town.

I will give you feedback as required throughout the job to ensure you are working on point. I need to get this completed as a matter of urgency, so please only apply if you have capacity to start immediately.

The main priority is to find the residential and rural properties for sale in the region. Pubs/motels/caravan parks are a lower priority.

Bega is a small town in southern coastal NSW, Australia.
