I don't understand your entry because it is more like just adding 2 slides per page and not actually a manual.

Hello Carkain, yes. I have not made it into a manual. But I have put a sequence of the matter which can be converted into a manual form. If the sequence given by me is fine with you, I will need some matter to keep under each of these titles to fit into to form a manual. Let us say each of the slides forms the sub heading under which some matter relevant to it will go.

I really like entry #10 . It captures the essence of what I am looking for and can show up well if printed in Black and White or Color. Nice work!

# 8 is ok but it looks like a repositioning of the PPT and not really written like a manual. We want the manual to look ultra professional and focus on the details.

Hello...I've uploaded an additional document in a Word format to demonstrate what we are looking for as far as format. We will be hiring a freelancer to create several documents each quarter and this has been a successful framework for us to use. We will also provide a narrative for the details for the projects in the notes sections of the PPT files.

I really like your entries. I think #5 is more what I am hoping for even though I like the brightness of #4 . For the most part I am looking for the manual to cover the details of what we cover in the PPT and to have a few of the visuals added as necessary to drive home a point.

I like both 4 & 5 because they reflect a conversion from the PPT to an actual manual and that follows the thinking I have in mind.
