Contest Brief

Attached is a large spreadsheet - I only need two fields for each Company listed. First Name (Which comes from the Contact Name list "i.e Chief Executive officer Lynne Austin" = Lynne. and if their State = QLD I need their email address. The are then the only to columns I need in Excel for every QLD Company. I will then upload this to MailChimp and send out an email campaign.

I need the task completed urgently - within the next 8 hours.

Well, since I already did what you needed, please check that the winner has the following:

1) there are 1485 entries for QLD state,
2) name of person with e-mail brian.richter()bigpond.com is Brian, not Lawrence,
3) name of person with e-mail dangerousgoods()westnet.com.au is John, not Rodney

Note: ()=@, Freelancer does not allow to post e-mail addresses here

  You are wrong way. There are over 1500 entries for QLD state.

  Sorry, but I usually double check before I submit anything. Only 1485 entries for State=QLD. There are, of course, other QLD instances (in company names for example), but they do not refer to new entries.
  
  So, out of curiosity, exactly how many e-mail addresses are on your output list?
