## Contest Submission Requirements To ensure we can fairly evaluate each proposal, every submission should include the following: ### 1. Master Site Plan 2 floor Building * Building placement on the plot (110 ft × 66 ft) * Parking layout * Landscape concept * Entry and exit circulation * Main entrance from the North side * Overall site utilization ### 2. Architectural Elevation * Front elevation (mandatory) * Side elevations (optional but encouraged) * A bold and memorable corporate façade * Appropriate use of premium natural stone ### 3. Photorealistic 3D Visualizations Please include at least: * One daytime perspective * One nighttime perspective with architectural lighting Additional views are welcome if they help communicate the design. ### 4. Conceptual Ground Floor Layout A conceptual floor plan is required to demonstrate the overall planning approach. This does **not** need to be a detailed construction drawing. It should clearly illustrate: * Grand North-facing entrance * Double-height reception lobby (preferred) * Visitor circulation * Overall planning concept * Relationship between interior and exterior architecture ### 5. Material Palette Provide a proposed palette showing the principal exterior materials, such as: * Natural granite * Marble * Glass * Aluminium * Steel * Concrete * Wood accents (if applicable) * Exterior lighting concept We encourage architects to showcase natural stone creatively, as it reflects our company's core business. ### 6. Design Philosophy Please include a brief write-up (approximately 200–300 words) describing: * The inspiration behind the design * The architectural concept * How the building reflects a global natural stone company * How Vastu requirements were incorporated * Why your design creates a memorable corporate identity ### 7. Optional (Highly Appreciated) Submissions including any of the following will receive additional consideration: * Entrance sequence * Reception interior concept * Landscape design * Boundary wall and entrance gate * Feature lighting * Corporate signage integration * Sustainability features * Energy-efficient design strategies ## Evaluation Criteria Our selection will not be based solely on visual appeal. Entries will be evaluated on: * Architectural creativity * Iconic visual identity * Corporate branding * Elegance and timelessness * Practicality of construction * Intelligent use of natural stone * Functionality * Vastu compliance * Overall presentation quality ## Important Note This contest is intended to identify an exceptional architect or architectural studio for a long-term professional relationship. The winning designer will be given the first opportunity to undertake the complete architectural development of the project, including detailed façade design, construction drawings, material detailing, and future architectural consultancy, subject to mutual agreement.
