  We have decided to award the contest to Nassim due to the earlier than first envisaged requirement for the invitation. Nassim's design was so far and beyond the other submissions that it was decided to proceed with this design. Many thanks for all your hard work.

  Either A5 or 220mm x 110mm, the choice is yours as the design will often dictate the size required.
