Contest Brief
I'm looking for a professionally designed GUI for a quiz/question answering web page.
It's intended audience is corporate users.
This competition involves creating three (3) pages:
----------------
1. User page shown after logging in
A. Displays who is logged in
B. Possibility to change language
(default is english, a small english flag with a dropdown arrow would probably look good)
C. Shows available quizzes
(for example quizzes with the titles "Economics", "General", "Technical")
D. For each available quiz, there's info regarding how many questions it consists of
E. For each available quiz, there's info regarding when it has to be completed (integer days)
F. A way to view past quiz history / results
G. There's a way to do / start / initiate any of the available quizzes,
like a "Take quiz" button next to each Quiz, or something equivalent
H. An option to logout
----------------
2. The "display a question and its answers" page
A. Shows the Question with an associated picture.
Example:
<picture of a Dollar sign>
"What currency does this symbol represent?"
B. Displays the different possible answers, where only 1 answer is correct.
Radio buttons are used.
No text input fields.
Example:
"Dollar"
"Euro"
"Yen"
C. There should be an option to report if there's something wrong with the question, or it's answers
D. An "Answer" button
E. There's no way to skip questions, or to go back to previous questions.
F. There's a quiz progress shown, where remaining number of questions are displayed like
"Question 3 / 15"
G. There's a timer indicating how much time has passed since 1st question was displayed
(for example "Time used: 2 min 30 sec")
H. There's an indication somewhere on the page showing which quiz is beeing done currently
(The name of the Quiz for example "Currency knowledge")
I. Shows the currently logged on user
J. An option to logout
K. Possibility to change language
----------------
3. The "After I answered - show if I was correct" page
A. The question, question picture, it's answers are visible
B. The users selected answer is indicated
C. For each answer, a symbol is visible indicating if that particular answer is correct or not
D. A question explanation with an question explanation picture is displayed
Example:
<picture of different dollar bills>
"These are the most common Dollar bills on the market year 2013"
E. An option to proceed to the next question
F. Shows the currently logged on user
G. An option to logout
H. Possibility to change language
