Create a Bumper for a Wedding Film Company

  • Status: Closed
  • Prize: $300

Contest Brief

I'd like a bumper of my logo to put at the end of all of my wedding highlight films. I'd like the animation to be short, but awesome. I'm thinking 3 to 6 seconds long with the final frame being one that I can freeze on and fade out from.

Our company is ParkLife Wedding Films and our website is parklifevideo.com.

We are an upscale, personable, classy, and fun company that loves to tell the stories of the couples we serve. We also do other video production work for making promos and other projects.

I don't really have a lot of ideas for the bumper, so have fun and get creative!!

NOTES:
- I only have the PSD file to work with. No vector image.
- Our main colors are white and light gray. You can use some other colors in the bumper, but keep them classy.
- Please deliver the product in full 1080p in the standard video formats

Hey everyone, thanks for your work so far. Here are a couple of links to companies that have bumpers that have a feel that we'd like. Notice, nothing is flashy - no use of lens flares! Also, I'd like the background to be white.

Okay, NOW we're rolling! The latest submissions are starting to look much more like what I had in mind. Would love to see other ideas still. And feel free to make something that's not an old film look. I like it, but I'd also like to free you up to trying other things too.

Hi everyone. Can please someone tell me which file format is the best for previewing here on Freelancer. I've uploaded my files like FLV (very small in size) but yet here when i try to click play i dont see anything, its just black screen with forever loading what i see.

Maybe try something with a different color background. Either white or very light gray. #23 is a good start. Maybe make the animation look a little more like a drawing? Slow it down a tad?

Stencil, thanks for #26 . It looks sharp, and the quality is very good. It may be a bit dramatic for us, but it does look nice.

Thanks for your submissions. I kind of like the general direction, but I don't like the lens flares, as they seem like template flares, and I don't like adding the bird to my logo. I do like the leaf that flies in and then turns into part of the leaf that's in the original logo.

I agree with you StencilMedia. I saw myself few entries by Kzm which are surely done by some of Envato autors. Its simple not fair and its not right to steal hard work of others and earn cash for it. Kzm you are very lucky because i am also one of many Envato autors and you did not posted some of my templates. And even if you own extended licence (i doubt you have any licence) extended licence doesnt grant you right to resell a template.

Thanks for the submissions. However, these look like generic templates, and we're looking for something original.

Thank you for the submissions! I'd like to continue to see other ideas. I don't need any sound with it. #3 was really cool, but it's a little harsh for our branding.

Thanks for the work on the first submission! It was a bit mystical for our branding. I'm thinking something a little more organic.

Yes, something more natural. I'd like to stay away from metallic or mystical type of animations, if that makes sense.
