Hi, Im a student looking into simple VBA Excel project. Need help on generating Sudoku 16 by 16 grid.

Requirements:-
- random puzzle generator with 4 levels of difficulty
- comes with a solver/solution
- hints or guide to solve puzzle in Bright Colours and Bold Numbers
- start and stop timer
- VBA Excel format
- fastest timer ranking (optional)

Additional help from programmer:-
- provide line by comments on what each line do
- an algorithm to explain how you solve each puzzle
- kindly provide detail explaination of the programme. (im new and wish to learn)
