Hi. Is it ok to code with XHTML 1.0 Strict and CSS3? Do you have a preference on the over all width? Is responsive layout ok to use?

  I am looking just for a CSS file that would be used on all my HTML pages, to give them all the same look and feel. It should use the header and footer I provided. As an example, look at this site. See how they created the same look and feel on every page. You can use color and background image if needed, and you may need to create an additional image or two to transition from body of page to each the header and footer. I don't know. Your the expert. I am just looking for creativity.

I have had 7 entries and they have all been rejected. Why? Because I am looking for some one with CSS skills as well as a creative mind not someone who can take my two images and put some color between them. I will keep upping the prize and extending the contest if that's what it takes.

I think I explained it fully in the description. I don't know how I can explain it anymore clear. But, I will attempt. Take the freelancer site for example. It has a header and a footer. Yet, it has a background image on every page, and the content is scrollable. CNN.com, has the same thing, but no background and very plain and dull if you ask me. Those are only two examples of one style. There are many other styles as you know. Im looking for someone to develop me a style. It could be the same as the freelancer site, I don't know. But I am looking for creativity, and so far, no one has shown me anything other than a page with a header and footer on it, and some background color in between (which in most cases does not even transition well between the header and the footer) - Good Luck!

  If it takes adding content to it to be able to show off your design, then please do - but it is not required if you can convey the design on its own. - Also, I will not accept any screenshots that are not taken within a web browser. - Thanks

Its sealed and I have now increased it to $400.00. Im not looking for a HTML file with the header and footer in it, and one line pointing to CSS file that says load this image as he background. Im looking for some creativity. transitions, color schemes, etc. I will keep raising the money and extending the project until someone shows me
