I need a tool on my website that will filter results based on questions (about 5 questions) answered by a customer.

For example: The customer will be asked a question "How important is comfortability?" They will then select an answer from 1-5. Based on their answers to the their questions, the tool will then give them a list of boots that are filtered based on their answer.
