healthyoutcomes.com is a website designed to reward diabetic patients for better management of their diabetes. We offer reward points for everything you do on the site including filling out your profile, watching education modules, taking surveys, learning about diabetes drugs and devices for delivering insulin. We offer participants reward points for sending their blood glucose meter readings to us. We offer more points for converting to a FREE One Touch Verio meter that will allow for the meter readings upload.

We feel we need a video to help explain the benifits. We saw a video on another site... www.fuelrewards.com and think something similar to that would be a perfect fit for our site.See https://www.fuelrewards.com/fuelrewards/how-it-works.html

Attached you will find an example of the script we would like you to use as a guide, as well as suggested pages on our site for screen shots to use.

  Voice over is not required but we do think it will enhance the impact of the video. The object is to get the diabetic patient to join the program. All free to the diabetic patient.

We will have a suggested script available later today. Your version does not have to be the same but should cover the basic concepts.We will also include suggested screen shots. The best method for learning about our site is to register and look around at the menu choices. We would like to include some testimonials which are shown in a link in the footer. If you are going tro submit a video please let us know so that we will be able to give you more information as we go along.
