Create a Video for illustration of mascot for very short scene

Contest Brief

The project is this: (I am open to ideas and my ideas are only ideas and whatever will be the best and most professional is what I care about)
1. Mascot will be in the dark and the spotlight with a slight shadow.
2. The roach (small character) will be lit up and will run past the mascot.
3. The character will then be lit up.
4. The mascot will slow it down lightly with his foot.
5.The mascot will then just hit the sprayer with the spray can. Making a hollow metal clanging sound.

It's for a pest control company. This is for my fathers start up company . I live some 800 miles away and am helping him with some the creative side of things.

If interested massage me and I'll send vector file of character and logo.

I would like something similar to this, but I would let you put a slight creative spin. Just nothing crazy.
