Contest Brief
Dear all,
We are looking for some professionals to create a corporate video, which is primarily used to introduce and to market our mobile apps funding solution. Enlisted below are some of the sample illustrations from corporations similar to our business line:

We have concluded 3 points: 1) the video should be kept under 1 minute & very easily comprehended, 2) appealing graphics (ideally animations), 3) No need for details, just stick on the core value(s) as what we offer them.
We must have the video on hand by this month, in order to be used for exhibition by April.

Graphics is very very close to professional level, from my personal point of view, and your strength to understand our specifications is inevitable. My personal suggestion for you is to think deeper with your cute cartoon characters ^_^ i.e., you have good drawing skills, but you are missing good research work. Specifically, do more research work on how a marketing professional and / or an accountant should look like..., then furnish your characters with their prototype, so that you won't need to add text to describe them, then you will be a lot closer to a great prospect ^_^

You have the best graphic alright ^_^ Thank you so much for your wonderful try. My personal suggestion (for your great future ahead :-) is to read the clients' brief and / or specification as details as possible ^_^, so as try to get what they stress most / what is important to them. In this case, specifically, we want to have voice file and video separated, so that people can just view the video, without turning on volume and can still get the idea or understand what the video is all about. I guess on this point, this stunning graphic may not be able to appeal as well as others... my apology for this conclusion :-(

Regarding your art style, I need to seek my supervisor's comments, before I can get back to you ;-) There are two points I would like to raise: 1) Try to minimize text in the video, whenever possible ^_^ As I always mention, have a look at the video http://youtu.be/SAALC3KrTQo and we are looking for a role model like this, in terms of text involvement, 2) We have now got the story board & audio file, so it's easy to keep on track as what we are shooting for at the end. The final video will be sync with the voiceover,without the voiceover the video doesn't make any sense.I just wanted to show you the animation the and style of the video.When i add the voiceover the video will make sense!

You definitely need a voiceover for this video, and it's better that you take care of it, either by creating it yourself, or by hiring someone with the type of voice you want to do it for you.

Well that's exactly what I meant - both graphics and voice at the same time, but you need to have the voiceover done first, so that video is created in the natural speaking/reading pace.
