  $15 is a bit low unless you want utter garbage or a slide show. I can make a slide show that does not cut to the beat for $15 but that is about it. Or I can set the lryics in blocks of 100 words through out the song. I'll bid but I put in what I will do.

  Hey dr ! First u must record ur song in a wonderful studio with instrumental backing . Then think of the video . And 15$ budget is nothing for an animated video as you shown , but we can create a lyric video for 15$ . All the best

  Hmmm, right lets do the math.... $15 for a 3 minute animated music video, probably around 3 months work for a 3 minute song.
