Hello. For a 3:50 video, honestly, nobody will spend 10+ hours of editing for this low budget. If it was at lease $150, you'll have entries , but with this low budget...It's just my honest opinion ( I'm working in the Video Animation area for 2 years already and I've seen a lot of contest). Just my advice :)
