Contest Brief

Hi,
My site is currently being developed, ready in about 6 weeks. Until that time I need a placeholder site.

I want to start inviting people to sign up for beta-testing, give information about my services, etc. Also, I am going to attend a big event in June and communications about the participants starts soon. This means that my name will also be mentioned thus I hope to get some visitors.

So, I want a clean template with the following elements:

- count down timer: counting down to whatever day and time I specify. Can be an existing plugin.
- mail chimp plugin.
- some space to explain what the site/service is. Perhaps a sort of 3 column widget area where I can highlight the 3 elements of my service.
- blog posts/news. Probably going to write a couple of news posts.
- social sharing buttons.
- must be responsive

Preferred colors:
- white
- very light grey
- orange (buttons/CTA)

My logo has the following colors:
- small graph: 133,181,63
- 3 words: first word 252,107,10 second word 219,90,3 third word 138,33,16

Font type: calibri

Please show me a quick mockup first. I will select one and you can build the template for me then.
