     It could be easy done. There are several backgrounds in admin backend with numerous textures and shades. You can choose any type of color to fit your requirements. And many thanks for the rating. Just award me winner and I shall start configuring on the domain.

  I can make a wordpress template for you, but please reconsider the Prize. I don´t think you could get a decent template for that money, other than somebody posting a free template from the web.
