Contest Brief

The default Formstack form styles are kind of lame, but Formstack lets you add custom CSS that overrides the default to make them look like anything you want them to. I need you to create some awesome CSS to turn a bland looking form (ie: the default order form here: http://snipurl.com/285cga1 ) into an amazing looking form.

THE STYLE OF THE FORM SHOULD BE CLEAN, CRISP AND CORPORATE.

You can either create an account with Formstack ( http://snipurl.com/285cfyb ) so you can experiment, or simply supply CSS code that I can test on my own forms.

to all submitters: at the very minimum, please play with the fonts, colors and shapes of the input boxes in the layout. interesting ways to alerting the person who is submitting the form when they miss a box are also a good idea.

I know they have a theming feature, but all their themes or the ones I've created don't really see all that great. The point of the contest is to come up with some CSS code that will make an awesome-looking form. The only requirements I have are as stated before "THE STYLE OF THE FORM SHOULD BE CLEAN, CRISP AND CORPORATE." You can either show me a printscreen of an awesome form you made using the theme builder/CSS, or provide the actual CSS so I can test it on my own forms.
