Create Charts from Excel Data for a PowerPoint Presentation - Medical Observational Study

Attached, please find an Excel and Word documents that contain the already calculated numbers/total at the bottom of every column. That information needs to be converted into charts for a medical study. For your convenience all numbers are summarized and explained. All abbreviations have full names/terminology on ‘Abbreviations and Glossary’ Sheet-you must use ONLY FULL terminology and questions when creating charts (e.g. MBC = PAIN IS MUCH BETTER WHEN I USE CANNABIS). Everything MUST be in CAPS. Titles for each column are on top of each column.
What we need:
Column B - create a Pie chart with percentage and number of Female vs. Male participants.
Column C – create 4 categories of age of participants and the average age of the participants.
Columns D & E – create a chart comparing Year One and Year Two Average Pain levels for all participants and for Females and Males separately
Column F – create a chart for the Pain Level after 1 Year on the medicine.
Column H – create a chart ‘How effective is marijuana for relieving your symptoms’?
Column I – create a chart ‘Have you ever experienced an overdose/tolerance/dependence/withdrawal from cannabis?’
Column J – create a chart ‘Have you ever experienced an overdose/tolerance/dependence/withdrawal from marijuana?’
Column K – create a chart ‘How does marijuana compare with your usual medications in relieving your symptoms?’
Column L – create a chart ‘Does cannabis improve your quality of life?’
Column M&N&O – create a chart comparing from Year 1 vs Year 2 for Weight – Average for all participant. With Total Average Pounds Lost after Year 2.
Column P&Q– create a chart comparing from Year 1 vs Year 2 for BMI – Average for all participant.
Columns A and G information with categories are uploaded in separate Word documents. Create chart for every category listed there.
All Charts must be created if you want to be considered.
