Contest Brief

I am looking for a talented graphic artist to create an illustrated cartoon of a child and pet. The little girl should be dancing, in the same pose as the original character in the photo. Please create and cartoonize the little girl and the pet dog. Please make the crown into a cartoon and place on the head of the little girl and the dog. Please make the dress into a cartoon and put on the little girl and the dog. The cartoonized dog should also be dancing like a ballerina, next to the little girl, in the same pose. The attached photo reflects the instructions with the photo of the child and pet. Please ensure that her hair in the cartoon is the same style and color as in the photo. Her skin color should be a light tan as the her cartoon self, just like in her photo. The reason the rate is this is because I am a new start up business, and will offer my future customers illustrated cartoon of their child and pet on t-shirt for child. I am looking for designers that would like for me to upload their examples of artwork on my future company website, so my customers can choose what cartoon artwork they like. You would be paid for every cartoon of child and pet when my customers choose your artwork.
