Contest Brief
I need a 2D pixel art set created for a video game. It is top down 2d tiled video game about running a factory.
It is about managing a beer factory. I need sprites/tiles created for products that appear ingame.
All sprites are 32x32px images.
You need to create following sprites of products:
As input products:
Wheat (box or bag)
Barley (box or bag)
Water (box or bag)
Hops type 1 (e.g. Cascade hops)
Hops type 2 (e.g. Saaz hops)
Yeast
Empty bottles
As products inside factory:
Dark mash (in a container)
Light mash (in a container)
Raw Stout (dark) Beer
Raw Brown Beer
Raw Indian Pale (yellow/orange) Ale Beer
Raw Light Beer
Started Stout Beer (seeded with Yeast)
Started Brown Beer (seeded with Yeast)
Started Indian Pale Ale Beer (seeded with Yeast)
Started Light Beer (seeded with Yeast)
Stout Beer
Brown Beer
Indian Pale Ale Beer

As final products:

Product need one set of animations added (idle animation).
Idle animation needs to be subtle, like flashes of light over the product or similar, can be variable number of idle animation sprites, it is per your creative freedom.
In attachment are sample for products - just to give guidline.
Dont strictly follow the attached files. It is up to you to think of design. You are free to showcase your artistic style.
You can pitch different variations if it is appopriate for your workflow.
You can also pitch other content as showcase of your artistic style.
If you get accepted:
I will not try to interfiere with your workflow, but expect few meetings to polish the design.
A winner will be most likely candidate to continue cooperation with other contests (machinery animations and design, tilemap tilesets, etc...)
Meetings can be in the afternoon/evening CET time.
It is up to you to feed in your professional taste for design to produce new set and breathe some new life into the game.
