Contest Brief

Create an "environmentally friendly lawn care" design and advertisement for a cargo trailer. Trailer side panel dimensions: 177 inches wide x 76 inches high. Front & back 80 inches wide x 76 inches high (see photos a1, a2, a3). Create the graphics and design to be put on the four sides of the trailer.

We are a landscape company, that offers environmentally friendly or "green" lawn and landscape maintenance. There are 3 files of artwork you can use. Our existing logo is Landscaping for Less. The idea is Clean and Green Lawn Care and Maintenance. The slogan is "Go Green." The graphics are included.

A successful entry will create a colorful and visually powerful graphic and advertisement on the side of the trailer. The entry may use our logo and graphics, but we are open to other designs. The entry should include a 3D rendering with perspective on at least 2 sides of the trailer, but showing all 4 sides will give a better idea of your entire concept. (use photo a1, a2, a3).

See examples of trailers that have similar graphics that we like (file x1). These are examples of the printed wrap. We like the grass as a border in the example.

Vector files of 2 logos are in the attached files (file names: 300, 72dpi). There is no vector art for the thumb.

The winning entry will be required to submit 3d renderings with perspective of all 4 sides of the trailer. The winning entry will be required to submit "flat" images in vector format ready for commercial printing. The winning entry may be required to revise design one or more times as necessary. Revisions could include adding text, changing color, etc.

    19,20- We really like this entry. But, the fresh cut lawn in the background is the correct idea we want to send. The Clean Green logo is hard to see though and on the side the dark green bar doesn't look right.

    16,17,18- Geobriegal- I like the selected colors. I don't understand the hand holding the picture, or why there is a woman. Also, the grass is wild, which is the opposite of the service we are selling, see previous comments on 5,6,7,8.

    5,6,7,8- I like the large use fo Clean & Green. This is more important than the tree logo, so I would make the dominant focus the Clean and Green. Tree logo could be minimized and off to the bottom. The grass lawn on the bottom: I really like the color, but it should look like a cut and manicured lawn. We offer lawn mowing, so the lawn on the trailer should look less wild, more mowed.

    MiranQ, #9 - I really like the grass, blue sky, clouds, etc. Things that could be changed for this entry and any others: wrapping the design around the corner of the trailer so that it is continuous from front to side to back.

    moilyp, Thank you for your entry. I like the color fade or gradient for the background and the use of yellow, green in the background. The red and blue in the Landscaping for Less logo clashes with the Clean Green, so L4L might need to be smaller. Also, with this color scheme the grass as a bottom border in the example x1 file might work here.

    Hi! Do you have the VECTOR format of your logo Landscaping for Less, Clean and Green Lawn Care and Maintenance, and Go Green, or do I have to create them. I can create them in vector but that will be time consuming. Please advice Thanks.
