Contest Brief

Attached is a hand-drawn set of gears on with the input and output. Each gear is labeled and the direction it would turn is indicated. This drawing will be static, but I may have it transformed to a moving graphic at a later time. I may also work further with the designer who I select for this contest to do a 3D version of the gears. For now, I need to have a clear representation of the attached drawing.

The drawing shows the TRIP COMPONENTS going through the gears and coming out as GROUP TRAVEL, TOUR PROGRAMS, and SPECIAL EVENTS GROUP TRIPS. Show the gears as interlocking gears and include the directional arrow for each. Each gear should be labeled as shown. I have tried to get the size of each gear right, but may need to adjust that when I see the graphic. If you think of an icon to put with a gear to enhance it, such as a $ sign at "Payments", feel free to incorporate it.

When all the gears are built and labeled, provide: 1) the full illustration, and 2) a simplified version with just RESERVATIONS, ONLINE BOOKING, PAYMENTS, plus the MARKETING, HOUSEHOLD DATABASE, and MAILING.

If I accept your entry, I may need to make a few minor tweaks to get it just right. I will need the final image available in jpg and maybe a couple of other formats.

I forgot to add a CRUISE SHIP and TRAIN to the drawing. We want to convey multiple possible modes of transportation. You can do this the the components overlapped slightly, but understandable (some of the front end of a plane, a partial ship).
