Create Media Assets using AI from our base library of images

Contest Brief

I need an AI Image/Video specialist who can build out a small but polished media library for our recruitment campaigns. I’ll supply our branding guide (colour guide and our website eir.works), a mood-board of past shoots, and a scenario sheet that spells out where each role should be staged so everything stays on-brand and authentically Australian.

Scope
We have five key blue-collar roles—Construction Worker, Production Worker, Hoist Operator, Traffic Controller and Carpenter. For each role I’m after 10 still images plus two short clips (5–10 seconds each). That works out to 50 edited JPEGs and 10 colour-graded MP4s in total.

What matters most is believability: correct PPE, recognisable Australian work sites, realistic tools, and a diverse mix of talent. Lighting should feel natural; no heavy Instagram filters. Every file must land within our brand palette and typography rules, which I’ll provide up front.

Deliverables
• 50 high-resolution JPEGs (sRGB, 300 dpi)
• 10 MP4 clips (1080p, 25 fps, 5–10 s duration)
• A simple contact sheet / thumbnail deck so my marketing team can preview everything at a glance
• All raw footage and uncompressed stills supplied on request for archival purposes

Acceptance
Assets will be signed off once they:
1. Match the scenario brief for each role.
2. Follow the supplied branding guide for colour, framing and visual tone.
3. Look recognisably Australian in setting, wardrobe and safety standards.
4. Export cleanly in the requested JPEG/MP4 formats without compression artefacts.

I’ll handle booking locations and talent if that helps keep the schedule tight, but I’m open to your production suggestions. Looking forward to seeing how you’d bring our roles to life.
