Contest Brief

What do we want?

A new HTML site design to catch attention from our users on our site, which incorporates content already active on our site. Would like the site to look professional, clean, and unique.
Important requirements and requests:

o HTML
o Need examples of each type of page shown in attachment
o Would like Navigation Menu and “earn points menu” (explained in attachment) combined into one complete menu under banner that will incorporate some type of rollover or accordion animation/structure

What is Healthy Outcomes?

www.healthyoutcomes.com is a website that rewards diabetics for learning about their disease and taking control of their Health and Wellness. Users are rewarded points for completing different modules on our website that include:

• Viewing Educational Videos and Slideshows
• Viewing Product Information Videos
• Downloading Product Manuals (PDFs)
• Completing a survey
• Asking a question to our educators/experts

Users can then redeem their reward points for consumer products available on our site.

• Attached you will find a document called “HealthyOutcomes_PageExamples”, here you will find an example of each type of page on Healthy Outcomes we would like to see new look for. Each example includes:
o Link to page
o Explanation of purpose of page
o Screenshot of current page
