     Rather than just applying the 5 second filter I find it's better to separate the image into separate colourised layers and adjust the contrast and hues of each accordingly, making sure layer boundaries fall in the desired location to maximise character, before filtering each. The effect seems to be more complete. see #12

     Because it comes out better for the artist and for me, we both do not have to pay a large premium for a freelancer, except that I write clearly about the ongoing cooperation, freelancer as a bank is a bad idea.
