As you can see - I send you a vectorized engine that can be used in any size without losing quality. Maybe you make mistake because Photoshop is not vector-based - Illustrator is a vector-based app. In attachment you can see - vectorised elements, and another attached image - detail of engine to show that this is a vector-based file.
