Contest Brief

I need to create a simple / elegant interactive menu in HTML5, JS and CSS. 2 levels as shown in the attached sample image and 5 boxes / options.

I will provide necesary images, the design should be in line with elegant / minimalist / simple / well readeable.

This menu should be embeded into a center of a webpage to navigate to other wepages/sections of the web. Will be embeded into a Joomla CMS - propose a option to do that (wrapper/iframe; module; component, static code in a module, etc).

Preferibly single static file showing a flipped description once the user put the cursor over or similar interaction. Should be responsive.
