Contest Brief

I currently have a website for viewing videos
I need to create a landing page where users can login if they already have an account or they can register.
The registration page has to be intuitive as this is very important to capture new users
The registration process allows each user to enter one or more phone numbers to register
for each phone number it should be possible to pick the number of recording hours
it should be possible to add many phone numbers each with a number of recording hours
once the list of phone numbers associated with the account is ready, we need to send to each phone a code via SMS. when the code is entered on the registration website the phone number is validated.

after all phones are validated a summary webpage should be shown with all details about the registered phone numbers, recording hours and cost

after that we need the user to enter a credit card for payment and select the corresponding plan of payment (every 3 months, 6 or 12 months)

for those who actually read the requirements and added the correct registration form, I need to see the button "add new phone number" working. When a new phone number is added the fields "phone number". "recording hours" and "verification code" have to be added to the registration form

on the registration form, for each phone number there is a "verification" button. What this button does is send an SMS to the phone. The SMS will contain a code. the user then has to enter this code in the input field. If the code is a match, the verification is complete. I need to see this working. In summary. This field should 1st be a button, aka "Verify phone". Then it should turn into an input field waiting for the user to enter the code. the code is a 4 digit number. after a 4 digit number is entered, it should turn into a text saying either "verification successful" or "verification failed", and then turn into a "verify phone" button again
