Currently, the website (designed in WORDPRESS) does not have a page where all the blog posts go.

I have installed the 'Display Posts Shortcode' found at https://github.com/billerickson/Display-Posts-Shortcode/wiki and http://wordpress.org/plugins/display-posts-shortcode/

The page which I am working with currently is at http://techbusters.net.au/CKFCnew/wordpress/?page_id=46

The images below are BEFORE (currently) and the "AFTER" photo is how I want the posts to display after the changes are made.

The important thing here is that the featured image must show. With respect to the text - I don't mind if this is not displayed on the image - I would prefer this text to be displayed above the image if possible (must link to the page with the post/article).
