Contest Brief

I need a logo that combine the look and feel of the attached logos. The company name can be found here: [login to view URL]

This logo will replace a current one the company is using. It must also look good using attached color scheme as well as an all black design for tshirt printing.

Image requirements
1. Must use color scheme in attached [login to view URL] file
2. Must be 300dpi & 12"x12"
3. Must be a PSD/Photoshop format
